The music is by Philip Glass (who composed the music for "Koyaanisqatsi" and other two films in the trilogy. I think the music for this commercial is from the album "Glassworks".

I remember TWA had a very small presence in Florida,Just three flight from Miami and Tampa
to St.Louis and Kansans City.
