Hey guys, the workout is intense, I myself started Monday, and let me tell you this shit is hard. I could barely move the following day.

Great job well done, you can see amazing changes in posture on the side profile from Day 1 to Day 90 - big difference! Now....all i have to do is get out from behind my office desk and commit to a regular regime like p90x...thanks for an inspiring video.

@reptilesforlife40 I did not follow the P90X diet plan. I really didn't need to lose much weight, just some belly fat. I was watching what I ate though.

@reptilesforlife40 The last round (#5) I did was in '09. I still run everyday but have not worked out since then. I really love this program. Some people, like my wife, like to go to the gym but working out to a dvd program works for me. I enjoyed P90X very much and will definitely be going for round 6.
