  • All this of course happened way before the American Idol. She is an amazing artist and a brilliant songwriter but what I love most about her is her passion and love for her family. She is educated, highly intelligent, extremely talented and also blessed with a great sense of humor. Someone paid "bikini girl" to get a pair of boobies, but money can't buy talent... and she can only wish that she'd look as good in a bikini in 10 years. Kara looked fabulous! Way to go girl!!!!

  • When I used to watch American Idol I quickly learned how valuable Kara's feed back was to the contestants. Sad she is off that show. She gave constructive valuable and reasonable advise just as good as Simon did. She understood the artist and what she was talking about. I seen her give my Anthony Snape advise on video (Taxi) and yet again the valuable advise is always just that. Wayne

  • Congratulations to Kara for the fine achievement. Nice to see Nick in the video. Kara is a great inspiration. I admire her talent/songs. Very Nice. Wayne

  • I never knew all this about Kara. I never knew that most of the songs I love are written by her! I never knew she could sing so well! What a surprise! I'm so inspired by her! Wow Kara! I'm your newest fan!

  • vegassipu, you are so correct! She is an asset to the republican party! Lets vote for her dad!

  • thats not her jack asses

  • 2007? This is actually a year before she officially joined Idol.

I think Kara's a great role model for young girls and grown women; she's hard working, stands on her ground, uses her talents to help other performers, and rarely holds a grudge. I think more ppl should accept her as a role model.

  • i love KD!!!!!!
