Dead Space 1 had a couple of bad dialogue sections. One, you can find an audio log about shooting limbs, then Hammond tells you to shoot limbs, finally, the game tells you to shoot limbs. The other time is when an asteroid falls through the ceiling and you see the asteroid fall, then the ship tells you that an asteroid fell, and finally Kendra tells you that an asteroid fell.
