Kern County Sheriff Department paid by a mortgage bankster to serve an alleged Notice of Possession which was based on fraudulent unlawful detainer action that had been quashed by a judge 2 months prior. ... not to mention the case was suddenly dismissedon the morning of the trial the bank attorneys snuck into the court early, and dismissed the case ... when my friend arrived at court, there was no one there, no judge, no one., The police state is in full swing, and they have Trigger-happy Taterheads, showin up at a family's home with small children, based on something that was VOID, and debasing a man calling HIM an Idiot???
Since when do peace officers do the banks handiwork, even when the judge quashed the whole thing.. it didnt EXIST!
