that silver suv at 3 seconds is so lucky, and is a good driver

you may be right. one thing is missing from your description - it is most ##cking amazing how no other car got hit, and it seems as if nobody got seriously wounded. do you have any information about that?

Wow idiot

Actually while it may be hard to believe, the car actually made the truck swerve. The driver of the truck probably never even saw the car. I doubt very seriously he was trying to swerve away from the car. I've seen cars hit the front wheel of a rig like that before and it can actually steer the truck off course. May seem hard to believe but if a 200lb. man can steer it why wouldn't the force of a 3000lb. car be able to?

Cause?
Don't swerve out of your lane like that.
Appears the semi driver made this far worse by trying to avoid or lessen the collison with the car.
Amazing that others were not hit and that no one was killed.

Bad new everyone: no Pepsi!
everyone: WHAAAAAT?!
*they saw crash* NOOOOOOOO!!
*PARTY OVER*
I've seen some people wondering (to put it nicely) why the car driver would swerve into the semi like that. Here is my best explanation:
If the left tie rod joint fails in a front wheel drive vehicle, the left wheel will pull to the right. then if you let off the gas the wheel will quickly pull to the left and get stuck as far left as it can go. That looks to be the case. There is a lesson here: if you suspect damage to those parts, or your alignment feels weird, then get it looked at.
