Hi, I was with Rod Clark last night and mentioned the video clips. He said they were made for the German market, at that time and were recorded at Tiles studio, Oxford Street London in 1966, not recorded in Germany. He is well and still lives in Suffolk, and is still gigging.

What a rare find - had the original Moody Album [one with them standing on a small jetty?] and got it for Go Now but this track was so raw and seemingly unrehearsed it has always syuck with. So glad to find it again after all these years.

Were those dancers there for a television appearance because one of the dancers danced for the Ottis Redding Special on RSG.

Check out the sisters in the back showin' how it's done!!! Denny Laine is kickin' multi-ass and raisin' the roof on the harp. I've seen him twice touring with world class rockers, etc., and I wish he'd do this and 'stop' and forget about 'Go Now'.

The drummer is Grahme Edge, the singer maracas player is Ray Thomas, keyboards is Mike Pinder. Those three, with the addition of Justin Hayward and John Lodge became the Moody Blues that we know today...Knight's in White Satin etc.

Was this with Denny Laine?
At last I can see a video of my old mate Rod Clarke.
Rod played bass on my 2nd recording in 1967 with Colin Pincott.
After the Moody Blues, he toured with The Ivy League. We has some great fun.
I wonder where he is today?
My myspace is Big Ballad Ray. Still singing in the UK and USA.
Ray.

After that he was with the Rockin Berries for quite a long time. Beyond that I have no idea what happened to him.

Wow! I've been waiting for so long for this video to be posted. One of my favorite performances. Thanks hostroute!

Check out my other video of "The Moody Blues - Really Haven't Got The Time" from the same session. It went on to be the first song Hayward and Lodge recorded with the Moody Blues in March 67, but the video is of the other line up doing it (they never actually recorded it).
