Anna relates how Jesus Christ led her to the Catholic Church. She started out with many misconceptions about the Church and in this video she explains how God revealed Himself and showed the misconceptions to be false.

  • To all those who hate Catholics: well guess what? Screw u guys because the catholic faith is the truth and the only way to get to heaven. If u guys think we worship saints and Mary well we don't. We just pray to them.

  • @hansikelo , The word "pray" comes from the Latin word precari, which simply means to entreat or ask .Look up the word "pray" in the dictionary.(1) To utter petition to God ... (2) To make a fervent request: PLEAD (3) To beseech: implore (4) to make a devout or earnest request for ( Webster's)

No Catholics don't worship Mary, we have devotion to her, but certainly not worship. It is against the doctrine of the Church to worship Mary.

To understand our devotion think of it this way. We are called to be one with Jesus, Jesus was a devout Jew, Jews & Christians believe Honour thy Father & Mother so is it not right that we honour her? Don't tar the Church because some of its members do not follow teaching. I hope you come home to the Church. God Bless

  • @JCats12 I was a Roman Catholic, I prayed the rosary, went to church, prayed the prays. I testify that there is One Way to Heaven through Christ alone (John 14:16) by faith alone (Romans 3:22, Romans 3:24, John 3:16) I testify that that Catholics do worship Mary, although this isn't something openly admitted.

  • @embalyst While Christ is the only mediator between man and God, Christ is not the only Intercessor man has. Taken in context, 'Intercessions', 'Prayers' and 'Supplications' are asked for all men in Timothy 2:1-4 we do nothing more than to ask to Mary and other saints their “Intercession” and pray for us.

  • @embalyst The english word “Intercessor” from the Greek word "entunchano ", as defined ,'One who entreaties in favor of another, especially one who prays or petitions to GOD in behalf of another'.

  • @embalyst The 'two parties' in this case, are of course, GOD, and mankind. Jesus Christ is this “only one mediator by suffering and dying for us”in 1Tim 2:5 .

” For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all people. “(1 Tim 2:5-6)

  • @embalyst 'Mediator', from the Greek “mesites” as defined by the bible dictionary, a person midway between two parties who establishes an agreement or relationship between the parties and may act as a guarantor of that relationship .

"Mediation" means a standing in the midst between two (contending) parties, for the purpose of bringing them together.

  • @embalyst 1Tim 2:5 is to be understood in context as written in Hebrew 9:14-15, where it's only Christ who reconciled us to God, whereas the Saints intermediate us to God in praying for us.

Hebrewb9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, ..... 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

  • @embalyst --All believers have a share in the mediatorship of Christ, and we are obligated to bring others to Christ.

  • @For3nity: You say, "why we need intermediates to pray for god? it's because we are members of the big family of god."

The Bible says (1 Timothy 2:5), "For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"

  • @tripleflip7 Too many people think that faith means giving God lip service only ("This generation honors me with their lips, while their heart is far from me", Matthew 15:18) Protestantism is lip service. Say the Sinner's Prayer (Lips). Confess that Jesus is your personal Lord and Saviour (Lips). Answering alter call (Lips). Hallelujah! (Lips) Amen, amen and amen (Lips). Kiss wife, say I love you (Lips) Take the garbage out. Why don't you it yourself. I have said I love you. Isn't that enough?
