Hurricane Expert Announced 2009 Forecast at Honeywell Generator Booth at the National Hardware Show Hurricane expert Dr. Phillip Klotzbach presented his annual hurricane forecast at the Honeywell Generator booth #33334, at the National Hardware Show in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Klotzbach, Tuesday, May 5, at 2 p.m. Klotzbach is a research scientist in the Department of Atmospheric Science at Colorado State University where he is the lead author on the Atlantic basin hurricane forecasts that he publishes along with Dr. William Gray. Dr. Gray, professor emeritus of Atmospheric Science, has studied and published hurricane projections since 1984, and Klotzbach began co-authoring the hurricane forecast with him in 2000. Channel 3 TV of Las Vegas aired this release same day.
