an absolutely stunningly beautiful song by one of the few true emo bands left in the world today, purveyed by the greatest independant record label ever, Deep Elm Records of Charlotte, North Carolina. This track can be found exclusively as the first track on Volume 2 of The Emo Diaries, "A Million Miles Away"
those who appreciate true emo for what it is, enjoy =D

  • Back when emo wasn't just a synonym for bisexual kids in hit topic clothing squealing out bad pop rock songs. This was the real deal, a guitar, bass, drums, voice, and a broken heart. Nothing less... Nothing more...

  • @twitchmassacres

A broken heart isn't always what real emo is all about.

Emotions are also happiness, nostalgia, bitterness, love, hatred.

Emo music is talking about all of these so weird yet so beautiful sentiments.

  • @MrmcGale and @twitchmassacres

I know that was 7 months ago I guess, but I'm just wondering if you guys have finished writing your novel by now? Holy Hell rofl!!

  • that's the real emocore e.e

i love this bands (jimmy eat world, fugazi,mineral...)and i hate the modern

    "pop dark XD" bands jajaja

  • @twitchmassacres that's poetic for my ears XD

    im cuming jajaja XD

  • @MrMcGale So you're still in school, ok good for you, stay in it, I'm done, there's a difference between a mature adult with fact based knowledge and a stubborn child with misconstrued opinions. if you're so mature then go ahead and read up on the facts I mentioned before (like the belief in Separation of Church and State in the original Punk movement) instead of just trying to discredit a proven historical fact with your "because I said so" attitude. Have a good day and good luck.

  • @twitchmassacres If that's what makes you finally silent. Then alright. And I know that "real" Punk died. And yeah, this was really pathetic of us to take over the comment section with our crap.

  • @MrMcGale I have every right to speak however I want. I am just giving you an honest piece of advice. It is obvious that sexual preference is a topic that you seem to be very interested in discussing, but this is obviously not the place to discuss it as no one here cares about it, this video was supposed to be about a good song and nothing more, I hope that the poster of this vid deletes all our comments anyways.

  • @MrMcGale Ok, but this isn't a fight at least on my part. What you don't seem to get is that there is no "Punk music style of today". If you think there is then why don't you go ahead and mention a Punk band? I can tell you this much, Good Charlotte, The All American Rejects, all the bands you mentioned in your original message aren't even 1% punk. Punk is dead, it has been dead for decades, sad but true, and you can thank bands like some of the ones you mentioned for burying it even deeper.
