Rockman 2 NETA - Murderbot 9000

Hot damn. That's me, baby.

This is a Rockman 2 NETA demonstration of what's possible with boss invincibility and bullet limit off, as with qzecwx's METBUBBNEAANAASOMANKNANWOAOMAAIR video.

Some notes:
- To get Megaman to glow, charge atomic fire and switch to another weapon while your outline is white. To make it go away, charge again. This does not affect gameplay.
- I get hit at the end, but it doesn't count. I suspect this is because I paused it at the moment of impact. (I was tempted to flash, but I wanted to kill heatman in one hit.)
- Pausing after a victory keeps Megaman from teleporting out, so I don't recommend doing it.

I imagine it's possible to get it 100% perfect under these conditions, but I'm not going to try.

@evilmaker89 the MM7/8 bosses died right away because they 16 bit sprites make them so big. and the other bosses died from envy for the 16 bit looks.

At least one boss would make that impossibly hard, because he's got an AoE attack that's a one-hit kill.  Such a gaming taboo, isn't it? A nearly unavoidable one-hit kill.
