@b3ald14 Perhaps it's a Great German and not a Japanese. Their hair is grayer and less fluffy.
Maybe I am wrong, in any case, I have to tell you that some JS have fluffier coats and some don't, it all depends on the parents.
But make sure you're giving it's coat some care; these dogs tend to need specific care for their fur.

I forgot, if he is a fine looking dog (his parents are beautiful) I intend to breed him eventually. Will be getting his registration papers on Saturday so will be interesting to see his bloodline.
