I love watching the path of the bullet at high elevations!

Lots of good youtube hunting clips are spoiled by background music. You can't beat the sound of that round going off followed by the echo. Awesome!

.338-.378 by any chance?? no....not many animals will run from that....except that billy. Soooo wheres the 10 3/16 billy in the end? There wasn't a 500' cliff on the other side hill was there? Anyway.....whatever........wheres the pay off? Its like a porn without the money shot!!!

lol! I hear you on the money shot. I am going to re-do the video this week. I had just slapped it together before taking off on an Antelope hunt.
There was a steep vertical on the other side, but we did manage to get the goat out. We just didn't bring the camera down to the goat. Check my videos out under cusackla in a week or so and I will put the money shots in. He is an awesome Big Old Billy,

Yes! Lived here since 1988. I just started putting stuff on You Tube. I have several Goat Hunts that I will pull clips from and add on over the winter. So! Stay tuned if you like Mountain Goats.

Ok! Smiley. I am downloading another one now. Check it in a few hours and see how you like this one. Clear money shot on a different Big Old Billy!

160 grain Barnes X .30-.378 Weatherby. Did you noticed that heat signiture in the video? I have videoed a lot of shots, but that is the 1st time I have seen that. At 3700 + ftpersec that is one smoking hot round.
