Needed for old bathrooms- check flooring under toilet for decay. Clawfoot tub outside painting done nice is to furniture stip and wire brush drill bit til you get to bare cast iron then prime/ paint. I didn't prime cause I was orig. going with aplliance epoxy paint then switched to Rustoluem from cans for coverage. Get reproduction faucet with ceramic cartdridges and do away with washers and plumber's string etc... Same for sink. I used supply lines instead of pipe elbows for tub faucet connections. If you have room it would be great to add a stand up shower stall for showers and use a clawfoot tub for your baths. That baseboard isn't original to the house. Someone remodeled and took it out, but an old house had it in trash at time I remodeled so I stripped that down and reused it!
I also think a lot of this new double windows energy saving air tight houses is a bunch of junk. Storm windows help and if no air drafts you don't loose much heat.

Well I got a comment saying "You lost me with the new Pella window" and then they deleted it.
Well the old window was non functional. It used to be a window which opened about so much with a crank but was long broke and jimmy rigged and basically glued shot pane of glass. (A window which did not open) I replaced it. I replaced the old shot slider in kitchen with a Pella Slider. The original there looked like something home made and probably was.
All other windows are original in my house.
