I got double booked by a computer error, and reported it minutes later. When I called Travelocity, I got a call center in India. They refused to give me service unless I agreed to an $8.50 service charge. Then they told me it would take 3 months to get my refund, but it never showed up. So I checked with my state consumer complaint dept. and guess what? They have a 60 day limit after the overcharge. My credit card company said 118 days was their limit. Travelocity is a FRAUD. Theives.
