Showing of japanese gagaku music by the group KITANODAI GAGAKUKAI at our university. Part 1/2

Unfortunately the lower tones particulary of the shô got lost because of the bad microphone in my camera.

  • @123ShadowFox A couple of years ago you asked about the notation of gagaku. Part of it is memorization and long practice, but there is also a Chinese notation system that has been used in Japan since at least the 9th century. Look up gong che pu or gong che notation in Wikipedia for information.
