  • I love this camera but the shutter seems to make a heck of jolt (or is that the 'curtain' thing right next to the film?!) anyway I will be getting my first reel developed soon ;)

  • @ELVISSTOO Yes it captures a lot of detail on 35mm compared to the average DSLR sensor but a camera is only as good as the person taking pics ;) I'm having a ball with my dads old OM10 and the standard lens with wonderfully short dept of field. A work of art!

  • @domginge To my knowledge, there aren’t any special effects lenses. You can buy special effects filters which you put on the end of the lens. If you search for Olympus OM system on wiki then there is a list of lenses for the camera which you could check when searching for lenses, that’s what I do. There are a number of film photography podcast which are good for learning more about these cameras. good luck

  • How come when i look in my lens, its black?

  • @unscenebitch i did yes just the negatives tho

  • cool video, just got one from ebay with 3 lenses for like 40 quid, bargain. but need some advice. can you get special effects lenses for this camera. as well as fish eye lenses? am very amateur so forgive my ignorance, thanks!

  • kinda creepy...

  • Hi i found one of these in my dads house when clearing out with a little flash to mount on tge hotshoe aswell are they worth much now or not looks like it might have been an expensive camera back in the day

    Kind regards

  • @cccaes i know by now you may not care about an answer, but.. no. it is a "normal" zuiko f 50mm 1:1.8 lens. i think that lens came with the camera i have it, love it
