yes! my question was answered! I have quite a bit of hair (shoulder-length, coiled hair), and I've been told time and again that I would need to cut my hair to ear-length (!) to loc my hair. I absolutely refused to believe that because and I'm glad to see it is possible and that it looks GOOD! I might have to make a trip from Maryland to come see you :).

I also have to add that I was against the interlocking method until watching this video. It proves that you have to KNOW what you are doing before playing in someone's head. I have seen interlocks that look atrocious! Yours are beautiful! I still prefer to have mine palm rolled because that is what has worked for me, but u changed my mind about interlocking in general.

I MUST say that after searching YouTube for days, I have finally found my favorite on line loctitian (lol)! I've been wearing locs for 4 years and my loctitian adheres to the same principles you speak of. When I made the decision to loc my hair I was determined to wear locs that were neat and healthy.
