Breaking! World Rejects Dollar as Safe Haven, Silver $38

The U.S. Dollar apears to be getting shunned as a safe haven for investors around the world. Despite violence in Libya and Portugal not passing austerity measures today causing the EU to have to bail them out, the dollar has not seen any buying from investors.

Silver prices shot passed $38 and gold price is at $1446.00 . Oil price is at 106 dollars a barrel and gas prices will be moving higher. Will all this pressure result in a further economic collapse? We will soon see. Warren Buffet says that a euro collapse is not out of the question either. Fiat currencies are failing. Silver and gold are real money.

@IronicallyVague Pascua-Lama has an estimated 731 million oz. They expect 35 million oz of silver to be mined a year. According to the silver institute world demand for silver in 2009 was 889 million oz., Which according to their chart is exactly what world production was. I think the Pascua Lama supply will quickly be absorbed by investment demand. Its not expected to come online until the first half of 2013.

They haven't been, and I'm not counting on them changing their ways any time soon. Now, if you're talking about a revolution where the American people take back their power then I can see it happening. But when a guy like Charlie Sheen can sell out Radio City Music Hall in one night, don't count on the American people waking up any time soon.
