Rampage needs to find a way to get back to fighting like a Mixed Martial Artist rather than a Boxer. An MMArtist trains to defend against all kinds of techniques including leg kicks. His Boxing stance opened him up for the kicks. He did use some wrestling in the Jardine fight but I'd like to see a more versatile Rampage like the way he fought in PRIDE but with even better skill.

Hey Junkie19,

I could only make out what you were trying to say about Rampage not being able to take the kick. That fight with Griffin was way before he attended his boxing gym in England.

Man, I enjoyed watching BOTH UFC 107 and Paulie Malignaggi earning his win over Juan Diaz on Saturday.

Can't wait for another MMA and Boxing Doubleheader day.

Boxing as a discipline is one element of Mixed Martial Arts. Very true. But they are different sports with different rules. Each elite fighter is better at his own game. Where I disagree with Dibella is when he calls Boxing a science and MMA a street fight in a cage. MMA is also a science. The sweeter science if you will.

Why would you feel the need to even say UFC was not a sport? We all know that. I was just clarifying what the sport actually was so that there was no confusion.
