Repo! The Genetic Opera - trailer

http://www.side-line.com/news_comments.php?id=25311_0_2_0_C reports that Nivek Ogre (aka Kevin Graham Ogilvie) - the lead singer of Skinny Puppy - would be in final talks to star in Darren Lynn Bousman's horror-musical Repo! The Genetic Opera", which begins production September 10 in Toronto, Canada. If Ogre is really going to feature in the film he will be joined by Alexa Vega, Bill Moseley, Paul Sorvino and surprise, surprise... Paris Hilton.

Interesting. I don't care much for the costumes and sets though. Lionsgate did them way, way better.

Why would having am movie mean no stage show? Heaps of Operas and musicals have films made of them and still go through revivals on Broadway and a m,illion amateur productiosn that are almost as good as if not better THAN the original casts.
