but the biggest criminal when it comes to urban plight is THE US BANKING SYSTEM. Yep. The banks own all the properties in the ghetto but leave them in the names of former owners so they won't be responsible for cleaning them up and keeping them in repair. KNOWN FACT. POVERTY IS A MONEY-MAKING PANG. It's shrouded in race and the poor but the issue of poverty starts from way up the social-economic ladder.

@TheWilliamcale I agree. I know a Jewish fellow that came to this country with $12 in his pocket (the equivalent of $55 today). He was treated just like the blacks he said because his family was only allowed to live inthe ghettos back in the day, but now he has a 6-figure cash flow (not including his net worth). sO YEAH people can achieve much through education but another comment on here said it best:  Poverty is glorified on TV. Especially rap vids.
