Whether they mouthed the words or not does not matter, the dance was anointed. You can tell they had the passion, God is looking at the condition of their hearts. They should do whatever God has for them to do, and I believe that for this song, they did exactly that. They are ministering in a mighty way. Ladies great job, I am sure God was pleased.
