one thing i notice alot is be careful of you lower leg swinging! but i think your just nudging him but if you were to show be careful cause i judge will take off points!

u did good i do riding lessons because i love horses and we dont have the land for one they r the best

i know. in sam's case it's flies, pollen and the dust getting in his nose when he doesn't have it on.
but headshaking can be because of the rider.

Great riding but, whats an outline when the horse goes over the poles O_O please explain lol

sam only does it for a few seconds when he canters over the one pole, but 'working in an outline' is also called 'being on the bit', and it's when a horse is working between your hand and leg (i think, it might be a bit different), and they're forward going, and lower their head as they accept the bit.
some horses do it automatically because they've been taught, others, mostly riding school horses and ponies like sam don't do it automatically.
