Microwave Dorm Cooking: "Cup" Cake!

A new series on yummy foods you can make with few ingredients in your dorm room :]

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons flour
9 tablespoons hot chocolate mix
1 egg
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons oil

Optional:
Hershey's chocolate
Whipped cream

Tools:

Spoon
Tablespoon measure

@CandyLover2525 i'm not sure but i have a toaster oven at home and not a microwave but i find that the toaster oven is SO much slower than a microwave so maybe not.
