The Twelve Dreams Of The Sun: Concert at the Great Pyramids at Giza, Egypt.
... Starting on 31st December 1999 and continuing to 1st January 2000.
... It was attended by 120,000 people and cost approximately $9,500,000!
... Unfortunately, heavy fog made the pyramids almost invisible so the STUNNING projections on the faces of the Great Pyramids were abandoned.
In this instance, "HQ" means "Higher Quality" rather than "High Quality".

i was there. the fog was caused by the excessive fireworks and no wind. and it ended up raining down smoke/sweat dust on everyone. pretty filthy. but the concert was worth it. the filth didn't really happen until after the concert whilst everyone was waiting for the morning glory
