JOHN DONAHOMO HAS TO GO. He RUINED EBAY.i STOPED BUYING COMPLETELY BECAUSE of their dirty dsr system. If i cant sell once in a while then im not buying anything on that site. I go to Amazon or Craigslist now. They're so stupid, i was forced to learn to sell on Craigslist since my account was shut down because of the dsr system.. Now i dont need Ebay !!! EBAY wants volume sellers thats it...the DSR ratings are nonsense and based on buyers perceptions not real analytics,SO...if a buyer THINKS your delivery time was no good..IRRELEVANT of what you state in your listing,he can mark you down..there is no comparsion between actual delivered times to listing stated...

I'm almost certain ebay is the one bidding and not paying on items. In any thing that happens like this- I ask myself, "who has something to gain?"....ebay takes your listing fee and hopes you won't go through the hassle of trying to get your Final Value Fee. Who else is wasting time doing this? Nobody- unless they are making money.

Ebay is a despicable entity. Why can some real genuine people out there not set up a worldwide on-line auction site which should be better than ebay in any event. Monopoly of ebay really hurts people

okay this is it! we need to get together people! is the only way to stop eBay and PayPal (SAME COMPANY ANYWAY) from riping us all, apparently the government don't want to shut these thefts from the trick of freeze our account and the monopoly that eBay can only accept PayPal payment, please contact me and let make a chain between all of us that this thefts have been abusing us, even if we have to go to congress!!!!! I'm so surprised, this is so right. I sold an item and the buyer just raised a dispute as 'item not as described' gets a full refund...BUT still can neg me. No one told him to bid on it, the listing was fine, even the resolution centre staff member said it was fine, but they backed the buyer still and let him neg me. I've video'd me opening the returned item and video'd the listing. It was exactly as described. The buyers can do as they please and neg sellers as and when they wish
