@lovespecter not true, Taiwan has never been apart of any Han Chinese dynasty. it wasn't until the mid 1600's that Taiwan started to be occupied but foreign countrys (in this order, Dutch 1624, Spain 1626, Manchuria - Qing Dynasty 1683 – 1895, Japan 1895 – 1945 & finally the USA/ROC 1945 to present)
The PRC just has a bad habit of twisting history to suit its overseas interests like in the case of Taiwan it is military strategic & a economic power house.

AMERICA likes to blame CHINA as the BAD GUY, but why is USA still supporting the ONE CHINA POLICY!? People out there needs to understand that TAIWAN is the Secret Colonial State of America!
After WW2 when America defeated Japan, did USA gave Taiwanese People the freedom to elect our Taiwanese Government? No, they did not! What they did instead is to install an USA PUPPET Government by the name of KMT!
This is starts of American Imperalism of TAIWAN!

I dont understand. if it's right, why the US government has never spoken out the truth? US always comments that Taiwan and PRC should have a peaceful talk. If Taiwan is not PRC territority, what Taiwan should talk about with China? Isn't US should be the one to talk with PRC? But it's not pushing the tiny islands Taiwan to face the big power China? Thats all my doubts.

you are right. but taiwan is traditionally part of china and china is still powerful enought to claim taiwan. that is the statue quo now. if china were weak as Yugoslavia, Taiwan would have ready been independent already.
that is so called the world is allocated according to powers.

Just because Taiwan was occupied by Japan does not mean that it was owned by Japan and does not give the right to Japan to confer occupation or anything else pertaining to Taiwan to the US though treaty or otherwise. Taiwan has always belonged to China. The only way Taiwan can alleviate itself of this situation is to declare Independence as a Sovereign Nation from China.

The 1895 treaty specified a "cession" to China, so after that time Taiwan was no longer part of China. You are confusing military occupation with territorial cession.
