Their names Sakti, Kartika and Kembali mean 'invincible, or powerful', 'the great' and 'return'.
Each cub has developed a distinctive personality and Kartika, the female, is really cheeky, with a lot of attitude and is the first one to check out new things. Sakti and Kembali, the males, are more cautious, but they're growing in confidence.
Born at Taronga Zoo in the early hours of Saturday 27th August, these cubs provide a valuable boost to this critically endangered species -- as few as 400 Sumatran Tigers are left in the wild.
