The hill is very steep so therefore we have the lift!

And in Trondheim there are many old pepole biking so the lift is useful for them. In Trondheim we take our bike instead for the car!

Excellent. Just proves that some politicians think with their brains and not with their pockets or political aspirations. Perhaps one day somebody can instal such a device in Tomares, Spain...!

We Americans drive the car to the post office that's only a kilometer away!

The state government plans to put a tamper-proof TRACKING GPS on all cars in Massachusetts so drivers will be taxed for excessive driving.

I say put a tracking GPS on each BICYCLE then receive a TAX CREDIT or better yet - maybe give a choice of a free gift - like for riding 500 km a free ticket to the cinema paid by the excessive car driver.

Liv Ullmann's films could become a great incentive for bicycling. ;)))
