@iluvpenguins007 The Light and Fair HD Dual Foundation is very similar, Cate Blanchet and Nicole Kidman can wear Fair, but if you want some warmth to your skin, use the HD Dual foundation Light.

You can find quality make up at your local thrift store. It does not have to cost 100s of dollars. "It's all about application."

I have a super dark circles under my eyes and my skin tone is medium .what concealer would i use.............
