Its a shame that a checking from behind like that is considered on the same level as shooting the puck over the glass or a harmless hook.
And a beautiful tip by kilger, he may not get a lot of goals, but he's one of my fav players to watch

When you check someone from behind its supposed to be an automatic match penalty and suspension upon review by the league (ie. Kovalchuk). I think the referees need a refresher course on that. Now Poni will be out for a while. Nice to see the leafs win though. Sundin was clutch yet again.
