  • I hope you don't mind my comment. The letters on the dreidel are נ (miracle or "nes"), ג (great "gadol") ה (happened "hayah") ש (there "sham2). You said your dreidel comes from Israel. Many dreidels in Israel have פ instead of ש. This stands for (here (po)). It does appear from your video that what you have has פ (pey) (sounds like "pay") instead of ש (shin). Have fun with it.
