Wow, this D is a piece of work. I played in the rain a lot as a kid. Hell, I remember swimming in the pool with my brother and cousins in the rain and told to get out when we heard thunder/ saw lightning. I applaud JM for her composure, because she looked like she was going to come off that bench and slap the D a good one.
