This is a short feature I directed and produced for the Carlton Food Network about Cornish Pasties in Cornwall. The piece is presented by Robert Smith and was broadcast on Food Network Daily which was the flagship programme for the Carlton Food Network. The show was broadcast daily and filmed 'as live' at Carlton Studios in Nottingham. Happy Days.
These look lovely! My only small concern is the staff, whom I don`t doubt their hygene for a second, are leaning over the bins mixing by hand. A chance of contamination from foreign objects is always possible in this position. I used to work for a well known Soup company! I know!

@veriterz I can't do it either, so I just flatten the edges with a fork. It is just important to keep the filling inside.
