I think its unfortunate that people listening to this are thinking of Heath Ledger and the joker.This has nothing to do with the movie(which I liked).What he's saying is moving and relevant (I think it is at least) and peolpe should at least try to comment on the content of the video.Get over the movie for a minute and pay attention to something else.

Otherwise how did get into the parade that 'killed' Gordon? Count the police officers there. There are more than those ones tied up in the apartment found by Bruce Wayne.
