_____________

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to the mind and body. With everyday temptations like dollar menus at fast food restaurants and deliciously greasy dinner specials, desiring tasty meals can become a constant game of give and take.

The Nutrisystem diet program is designed to combat the fight that goes on when eating healthy and eating for satisfaction collide. Other diets require people to restrict themselves to eating certain foods, taking expensive supplements, and avoiding meals that satisfy the appetite for most of the day.

Upon reviewing a couple commercials and reading up on this diet program, Nutrisystem has the ability to make dieting very easy and affordable. The system has a variety of plans to choose from to suit individual needs. The food is prepackaged and processed, so if you already use the "microwave" way of preparing most of your meals, then all you need to do to easily lose weight without sacrificing taste or starving yourself is to change out the current frozen dinners with the Nutrisystem selection.

The food is filled with good carbs, high fiber, zero trans fat, and low sodium which is necessary to lose weight while still eating enough to be satisfied. The cost of the food ranges from seven to ten dollars a day which isn't bad at all considering that many people who get their lunch at the drive-thru spend anywhere from three to seven dollars in that one meal alone. For the Nutrisystem price, you get three meals and two snacks.

On top of the cost of the food, you can only imagine that shipping would be an additional charge. Not at all. Shipping is free, so not only do you get meals that only require you to "heat and eat", they are delivered directly to your door. No need to spend time driving to grocery store, filling the cart, checking out, unloading the groceries, or sweating in the kitchen preparing the meals.

You're not under any obligation and can cancel any time. If you're skeptical about this diet program, then you can actually try out three weeks worth of food for free. How can you pass that up? With over a hundred different meals, snacks, and desserts to choose from, eating healthier to lose weight has never been made any easier or affordable.

  • i dont know but there advertiseing from the company on you tube is pissing me off. i want a honest reiview of it not a view from some one geting paid. if your trying to loose weight you dont expect the food to be great thats not the point the point is to loose weight.

  • I'm tired of people saying that Nutrisystem food tastes like dog food or cardboard. I want to know if they've actually eaten dog food or cardboard, and know this to be true. Also, if somebody weighs 500 pounds, any kind of weight-loss plan would be better than staying at the 500 pounds. Have a little compassion.

  • its amazing that people think that anyone who is over weight chose to be that way I am needing to lose i was skinny when i was younger i hade 3 babies and 1 miscarriage i gained weight due to gestational diebites and i have lost and work hard and its not just so i can get by easy that i am gonna do this its to help me learn portions to help me get to going to eat and not be wounderen if its bad. life is full of jerks i notice amazing how many are out there and if your meals where bad return.

  • You must work for Nutrisystem, like most of the other posts. The other side of the story is the food is terrible. Several of the meals the box tastes better than the meal. I also found several meals that were moldy. If you used the free shipping offer you will be billed $56.00 in order to quit.

  • This is not a review.

  • @RSixBoy - I laugh at people like you who don't understand the problems that obese people may have. I work 15 hours (and often on the weekend) and do not have time to grocery shop, cook, and exercise. I needed to lose weight and nutrisystem saves me time. It is not a magic solution but it is a time saver - all it is is pre-packaged portion controlled meals with the nutrients your body needs planned out for a month. They don't. to my knowledge, claim that it is anything more than that.

  • not going to lie at 0:12 that double double looked excellent

  • You don't get snacks....

  • shit like nutrisystem is a retarded get lean quick scheme. I fucking laugh at the fat asses who look for quick schemes only to lose weight(not just fat) temporarily and only to gain it all back +5 more pounds once they get off it. Heres a tip: Eat properly and exercise

  • Maybe nutrisystem tastes so bad it doesnt want you to eat anymore and maybe thats how you lose weight? Cuz you eat this shit you wana barf and you lose your appetite for the whole day.And btw all those foods are processed which isnt so healthy and most of those meals look like theyd give you weight not make you lose weight . Thats not all you know sometimes they dont even give you what they ordered!
