So here's a funny little tidbit...we had to call our friends to find out who made the contraption and guess what? We found out it belonged to one of his roommates...that had moved out all her things today! Silly Dan had all along thought it was our friends so had taken it out for a spin not realizing he had lifted it from her pile of moving things! But don't worry she is just moving nearby and she even watches this channel so Janell, if you are watching your headstand thingee is safe and sound with Jeremy & Mike so swing on by and pick it back up from them...and do it before Dan comes back again, to be safe! ;) xoxo, Krista

Happy new year everyone . I love my inversion table also . It really clears up my lymphatic system when I get allergies . 10 minutes upside down really changes your perspective LOL . My New Years resolution is to be an asshole less often . Sometimes we can get so into preaching health and nutrition we come off like jerks or know it alls . The discipline is wonderful, but you also have to live life and enjoy the moments! It's easy to get so rigid with a lifestyle, where people get so caught up on the lifestyle and miss the moment. You are so healthy, you eat so well, you shouldn't worry about people not thinking you're eating the perfect program, or people thinking you're getting old, I don't care how old you are in age...you'll always be young because you have real heart, and you'll always be Dan the man!
