Richmond Train Arriving at San Leandro BART (HD)

6-car Richmond train entering Downtown San Leandro Station in the East Bay, as the mid-morning hours get to set to replace the morning commute on BART.

San Leandro Station is the final northbound stop in the southern half of Alameda County for all trains continuing onto Oakland and the very next station, Coliseum/Oakland Airport. As this train leaves, a 10-car Fremont train pulls into the opposite platform, before heading south to Bay Fair Station, BART's last available transfer point for those wishing to switch between the Fremont and Dublin/Pleasanton trains.

@bartfansma My brother and I were there in August and it was a great experience. The weather was beautiful; cities were vibrant. However, we stayed most our time outside of San Jose b/c we have family living there. The last two days, we were on our own, booked a hotel by SFO and finally being able to use BART to San Fran/Oakland. Those trains are faster than i thought would be and aren't they wide or what? We went places like Fremont, Oakland, Berkeley. BART is awesome! Thanks for everything!!
