  • No Denmark is our brothers. We are the same kind, though danish language can be difficult for some Swedes.

  • Sverige is home to some wonderful pop music, even if most Swedish bands sing in English

  • Best artist to come out of Scandinavia in a long time is TINA DICO (Denmark) ! What does Sweden has...crappy Roxette?

  • Umm.. What about Aqua??

  • swedish rule! ^^

  • Maybe "YOU" don't love to party there, but the comment wasn't just about that, it was also about Danish music and how far back the history goes in their ability to produce good quality acts. They have a vibrant scene.

  • I'll let you in on something: We don't "love to party there". Underage people just party there becuase they can buy alhocol in Denmark unlike in Sweden.

  • Thiuxbigtime:

There are SO increadable many good swedish bands and artists right now, you have no idea mate...

Only because those bands are the only swedish ones YOU know of and they're old, it doesn't mean anything. Just that your country is bad at importing music.

  • Mew is the only REALLY good danish band.

  • copenhagen is the capital of jazz¨...

    the true soul of music.

another great danish band is ibrahim electric...you should tjek this out and take mr and mrs nilson whit you ,and then say we cant make music..EEEEEEEMMMIIIIILLLLLL shut t f up.

  • You forgot kashmir! :'(

  • The swedes have had somekind of monopoly on international hits, for a very long time - I only think it's fair that the spotlight is on danish artists these days, maybe it'll motivate the swedes to write good songs again, who knows? ;o) Hehe!
