For sure Tommy Taylor & Kyle Brock. I saw this lineup in the late 80's after Roscoe Beck left .

Is this The Avenue (Rob Alexander on bass and Steve Meador on drums)? They were the best lineup Eric's ever had, IMHO.
Thanks for posting this; quite the jaunt down memory lane.

At 6:05 Eric chimes the bell baby!!!!

I'm fairly sure that this was shot in the late 80's. The bassist has to be Kyle Brock and Tommy Taylor is the drummer.

goose bumps inevitably!

Listening to EJ for me isn't only to appreciate his technique or tone, but his musicianship. Yes, I was impressed by Cliffs of Dover, but I was even more impressed by the jazzy "Manhattan" and the reverb and chorus drenched album "Tones." I grew up in the 90's, but I also remember listening to a healthy amount of 80's jazz fusion and pop too. To hear EJ play these nostalgic chords is like reliving my childhood. I hope he keeps playing.

@ 6:17 he frets his courd high on the neck n places his index finger the equivelent to "12"frets higher and plucks with his thumb same kinda concept as if you were to barre the 1st fret and pull harmonics off the 13th get it?
I don't even think these people had any clue what they were seeing. lol
