This was taken today (27/01/2012) during Adam Eason's Self Hypnosis Seminar. As I'm in the final stages of my training to be a Clinical Hypnotherapist/NLP Practitioner with Adam's school, I'm well aware of how much Hypnosis is a powerful tool to enable you to do, well, almost anything! I've worked with many people and seen incredible results, but I wasn't sure about my own ability to use it on myself, hence today's course to re-affirm that! Thanks Adam's superb training, I managed to break a REAL arrow with my neck, using only the power of my mind to force myself against it! Thanks also to Gareth Lee Morgan for the filming, and reassurance!
