so u have the moons tear.... u talk to the deku guy, then itll tell you to press start so press enter, now find the moons tear and equip it to either C left, C right, or C down

Delete= C Left

End= C down

Page Down= C right

Home= C up

and then exit the start menu by pressing B (C) then press the C button that you assigned it to to give it to him
