I can not find the Public Information Film about a thief taking a purse out of someones shopping bag.

This comment is for 1074. Yes, the Public Information Film was shown on the BBC. There was a man walking past this old woman and he put his hand into her shopping bag and took her purse out, and the old woman started to search her bag and the purse had gone. The announcer says at the end "Watch out there is a thief about. It used to be shown in the 70's.
