Camcorder only records in 60i (interlaced... frame of odd lines, then a frame of even lines, repeat for 30 full frames per second or 60 half frames). These are the types of artifacts you can expect, although different deinterlacing programs have differing results.

When you start out, why do the stairs in the distance go jagged? Is this the true quality of th ecamera because to me, it is unacceptable....... Too much jagged lines
