  • Thats me after ch62 (Jose luis) set me up!

  • i sprained mine in hs wreslting. i am almost 31 and they dont really like to do this surgery. i am finally having an MRI tomorrow. my job is very physical i need to be in good health hopefully this doc sees some real damage and takes care of it. sucks about the tendon transplant.

  • You need to do a lot of physical therapy(does not mean heavy weights, just means several months of specific exercises to get your shoulder as close to normal function as you can), and never stop the exercises. That alone will help you out. Getting the muscles bigger around the shoulder will improve your mobility/strength/decrease your pain. If you have pain while doing the exercises let your doctor know. Don't just start doing exercises, even if you find some good ones online, visit your doctor

  • This injury has ruined my sports career I was planing to play collage foot ball for a a division 2 or 3 school but I can't even lift weights any more it's really sad I never thought this more till now but some thing my coach said to us u have to go out thair like every play is ur last I just never thought it would be

  • @ropke200 you need to get surgery to get it done, im getting it done here in a few weeks.

  • @ropke200 no,but if you feel just mild disconfort don´t go for a surgery.strenghtening the anterior delt muscle helps to stabilize a little

  • man I think I sprain my ac joint back in april or may. Feels fine but I do have slight pain that occur some times 2-6 weeks. Is what I here for recovery. Bones take a long time to heal

  • I had AC sprain in Jan of 2010, now it not hurts anymore jus feel little disconfort, but my Clavicle bone is poed up, I would like to know if my Clavicle bone ever gets back to its original position?
