Someone one said at 0:59 he sounds like Hurbert the old child molester on Family Guy. Why the fuck would you even think about that? Anyway this songs meaning is clear, and literal. It's about when he moved into a small falt above a station, and he had no money, no furniture, and no friends. Just a White Room with Black Curtains, depressed and alone with his drugs, and alcohol. It's a well done song.
