  • I don't see it as Un constitutional, it would pull pork out of a bill, and if it was really necessary, congress etc could re submit. No one in Washington is responsible, Charlie Rangle, earmarked funds for a library/office/museum in his name, Dah

  • it was revoked because it was un-constitutional, the executive branch cannot control govt. spending, only congress (legislative) can. the SC said that congress does not have the power to give this right to the president. basically, congress should be responsible for keeping the pork out of their bills...
