Lawful Rebellion

As the Australian Constitution is read and further defined in tandem with the inherited English Bill of Rights and the Magna Carta 1215, we as Australians are legally entitled to Lawful Rebellion.

the majority of this subject at least in the uk and australia stems from the magna carta and the libertys of the forrest, the law of the land (common law). the queen of england when she was sworn in to become queen took an oath and that oath consisted of pledging to uphold the law of the land. if you look hard enough you can see find the oath she has taken. thats why if you are a human being you can stand under common law, for persons or legal fictions ( a corporation) you have no rights.

All searches so far have been hear say or about america and canada...

what is the Australian term for it? maxima and minuma are not in the law society databases
