  • @Kounteron I claim 6 feet tall, and I weigh just under 170 lbs. This video was filmed a while ago- see more recent videos and my blog at ironcrossfitness for recent stuff.

  • may I ask, is that a mouth guard in your mouth while you train? what is the purpose of it? thanks !

  • @thelifeuwant Haha yes. Nothing magical- I used to train martial arts and sparring a lot so I got used to training with a guard. In the gym I was still grinding my teeth while training, and my dentist told me to get a mouth guard or get dentures... Mouth guards are way cheaper :)
